Sopo is a municipality that has aimed to achieve universal coverage of comprehensive early childhood education and the opening of this new ECD Center is an important step towards this goal. We would like to congratulate the “Zero to Always” strategy, the Mayor of Sopo and all of the other local partners, such as Alpina, for helping close the access gap to quality early childhood education.
